1) The reservation of the gite will be confirmed after the reception of the deposit (25% of the holiday price) and a booking form corectly filled in. 2) While waiting for banking transactions to complete (snailmail or bank card) we will reserve your dates for the minimum of I week (more if we have good contact with you by email!) if you have sent us a copy of your booking form by email. 3) The balace of the holiday cost (75%) must be paid at least 4 weeks before the holiday comences, this gives time for the banking process to complete 4) Payment can be made: - by cheque (English or French only) - Bank transfer direct to our English bank or French Bank (ask for details) - Bank Card with PayPal (ask us for this sevice and you will be sent a bill by PayPal) - Bank Manat or Money Order 5) We demand a breakages deposit of 160 euros when you collect the keys (returnable at the end of the holiday) 6) Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday (except for individual arrangements made in advance) 7) Quit the Gite before 11h30 arrive at the Gite from 15h00 (except for individual arrangements) Please phone when you are sure of you time of arrival as our agent has to meet you 8) sheets, pillowcases, duvets and blankets are provided in the price 9) The holiday taxes due are at present offered by the management (we do however need to be in posession of a correctly filled out booking form) 10) duvets and blankets are provided (depending on the season) 11) Hand and Bath towels can be ordered (4 euros/week/person) We don't provide beach towels 12) We have a number of classic second hand French Bikes available if you want to get out and about occasionally (these are not suitable for the serious cyclist!) on demande only as we have more than one Gite We have the following material for young children available (on demande only) these are second hand but in good condition (photos available if you want) Its your responsibility to check they are suitable for you and your child 13)2 foldup travel cots 2/3years max 14) 1 High Chair 15) 1 barrier for an aduly bed to prevent a young child falling out in the night For details phone 0033 (0)4 68 78 41 70 we will answer in French at first so don't be putoff We are English Speakers or email : lesvoletsverts@aliceadsl.fr |
